Chances are if you're searching the internet looking for AutoCAD classes, you are looking to gain something from the experience. No one does these courses just for fun, you probably want to improve your resume? or increase your chances of a promotion at work. Whatever your reasoning is, it's important you take certain factors into consideration to make sure you get the training you deserve.

The best way to find the best AutoCAD classes that work for you is to find at least three companies that offer this training in your local area. If you live in a remote area, choose companies that can give you great distance learning opportunities.

Either way you are looking for a company that offers a choice of programs for you to choose from, this enables you to handpick those you want to do and those that you feel are not going to benefit. The more courses the company offers, the better. If you have a good experience learning with them, you can return to complete another course at a later stage without having to go through the searching side of things.

Go through the company's websites, you are looking for as much information as you can on the company, the services they offer, their focus and their aims. You have a set goal in mind which is why you are looking to complete AutoCAD classes, but what are their aims? Are they dedicated to giving you the best possible training to help you further yourself in your chosen industry?

Each company's reputation is essential. If you are not sure and you're still sitting with three companies after you have read through their site and checked on the programs available, then it's time to rely on the internet to help you narrow down your search. Do a search for the companies' names. Read through the independent review sites and online forums. If you can not find any information, start your own thread on one of the forums and see if anyone responds that has taken an AutoCAD class that they can provide you with honest feedback.

This process should help you end at least one of the companies. Now it's time to ensure that the AutoCAD classes on offer certified. There is no point completing a course that does not provide you with a certified certificate that you can use in the future when applying for jobs that need you have this knowledge and experience. If the company does not offer certified courses, cross them off your list straight away.

Find out if they only offer their AutoCAD classes on site or if they also offer certified distance learning programs. Often you may find it difficult to attend classes at set times due to work commitments and may want to study when you get home at night. Ensure when choosing distance learning that these are also certified courses and you will have the same syllabus as you would get if you attended courses on site.

Always find out what support you receive while completing any AutoCAD classes online. Those attaining class have an expert they can question and get help from, when studying from home you are on your own, so make sure you have access to their expert team who can talk you through sections you are experiencing problems with.

The last piece of the puzzle before signing up for any courses is to decide what included in the course. Each company will offer a different syllabus and it's important for you to find out if the course you are considering including all the relevant information you need to learn to help you progress in your career.

To discuss about coaching it is important to understand its meaning. Coaching is a strategy or a tactical aid a client reach his or her fullest potential. It also helps them set goals as well as achieve them. For proper coaching an efficient coach is immensely necessary. A good coach is always in demand in various fields of life. Just as in academia, quality guidance helps students to achieve their objectives, very well good coaching in sports helps the players to earn laurels in different sporting competitions.

Students who study in schools and colleges, need advice and guidance on the subjects included in their academic curriculum for better performance on board or university examinations. Early coaching mean pupils going to residences and coaching institutions to attend lecture sessions of eminent academics, faculty members of reputed colleges. But with the advent of the Internet, this practice became obsolese. In contemporary times students, concerned about their career in academies, register to online tutorial centers and avail academic guidance from online assignment tutors.

With respect to the coaching it is pertinent to ask seven important questions. They are as follows:

Why Coaching

The importance of coaching or tutoring as it is sometimes termed in academic perspective is to stay focused, stay on track, set aspirations and goals and endeavor to get there fast. Successful people know well that keeping a coach adds value to life, they keep on winning and remain progressive.

When to Get Coaching

While preparing for examination, it is important for students to get assistance in the form of online homework solutions from a qualified and experienced coach. In this respect many can feel that they can do without coaching. It is absolutely true. One can definitely learn on their own, do whatever necessary to get the desired results, but it is seen that it takes longer time and is a very difficult task. If one affords a coach then he or she must avail it as such practice helps that person to realize that goal and live a rewarding life with discipline.

How to Find a Coach

In the age of the web, finding a suitable online coaching tutorial is simple. One needs to exercise options in choosing that tutorial service which is not only suitable but also affordable.

Competence and Expertise of the Coach

A pupil while choosing a coach needs to ensure if the latter can satisfy the academic requirements of the former. He should look for free online tutor help at affordable rates. Often free sessions of the students with the coach, prove to be beneficial in judging the coach's ability in terms of leaving education to the pupils.

Coaching Relationship

Yet another important thing is the existence of a good coaching relationship that assures long-term success and progress of the client. Coaching relationship incorporates mutual trust, respect, and freedom of expression. The students need to be communicative and should clear all doubts from his or her coach relating to academies. And the tutor should be well read. He should provide relevant online course help to satisfy the questions of the students.

Commitment

In coaching process, there should exist commitment from the student as well as the online tutor. The latter should adopt all scientific techniques to formulate course content, should ensure that the students get their concepts clear on various aspects of academies. The pupil on the other hand needs to be dedicated to his or her studies. He or she needs to study hard and must complete the assignments on time.

Coaching Process

The coaching process needs to be effective with periodic evaluation of the students. There should be adequate interaction between the teacher and the pupil. The students need to attend online lectures to understand the various concepts of different subjects more lucidly.

Tech Considerations While Selecting An E-Learning Solution

E-learning is all about learning. Every type of learning takes place with the focus stead on needs and aptitudes of learners. The enabler for online learning is technology. Whether it's K12 or corporate e learning services, the facilitator remains technology only. And for availing the benefits of e-learning solutions, it's necessary to have a firm grip on technologies. First, let's discuss the most important e learning technologies.

Online Learning Technologies

At present, there's an array of e-learning techniques, ranging from plain vanilla HTML to complex Learning Management Systems. It's very important to select proper software for successfully implementing an online teaching program. The ideal software must be able to satisfy each and every need of e-learners. In general, there are five technologies that can be implemented to make an e-learning module a sizzler. The list of technologies includes:

  • Programming Languages
  • Authoring Packages
  • Learning Management Systems
  • Learning Content Management Systems
  • Content Management Systems

Four Key Characteristics of an Ideal E Learning Technology

For making regular or custom e-learning solutions a smasher, it's necessary to deploy technology having specific characteristics. Always remember, technological errs weakened the e-assimilation zest to learn. Likewise, technical glitches can also kill the drive of instructors to teach online. Let's look at the four primary characteristics of technologies that an e learning module should adopt.

Maintainability – A technology meant for online teaching must be maintained for a long period of time. A technological solution is adequate if you find it easy to: –

  • Add new users
  • Delete old users
  • Update course structure
  • Recycle quizzes

Instructors and learners do not want to work on such a technology that is not at all maintained. Every online teaching module should be simple to administrator and easy to update. Always search for e-learning modules that separate structure from content. Such a separation helps in hassle-free upgrading of content.

Compatibility – Compatibility in e learning solutions, nowdays, is the key. You really would not like to be ended up with proprietary software that can not function upon other devices and platforms. E-learning software establishes a long-term link between vendor and user. Here, a user must choose such vendors who work with a range of software and devices. It's difficult to find a Learning Management System that is compatible with different platforms. However, you can still opt for e learning solutions that are universally recognized.

Usability – Another technical issue that you want to address while designing a module is of usability. If an e-learning solution is not easy to use, then it's worthless. Most assimilators find technology cumbersome. Here, it's necessary to make a module easy to understand as well as work. Technologies in an e learning module must work as a facilitator and not a spoilsport.

Modularity – Every learning technology must be a nugget in itself. The technology needs to be a module / knowledge object. The same knowledge object must have a small amount of instructional content. The knowledge object / instructional content must have the capacity to be reused. The idea behind modularity of a knowledge object is to reduce the overall development time.

All the above-mentioned features of the technology help an e-learning module become the best for learners, instructors as well as administrators.

Have MOOCs Delivered On The Promise Of Revolution In Higher Education? Depends On How You Look At It

Only a few short years ago, MOOCs (massive open online courses) were hailed as almost a silver bullet which is going to fix everything that's wrong with the higher education of today. Only a few short years ago, MOOCs (massive open online courses) were hailed as almost a silver bullet which is going to fix everything that's wrong with the higher education of today. However, has online education really lived up to its hype? Considering the abysmal completion rates of MOOCs – which are hovering at about five percent at best, the answer would appear to be a resounding “no”.

What went wrong? The idea was of delivering first-class content from the most eminent professors working at some of the best universities in the world – to the masses, via the internet – for the low, low price of free. A noble, innovative (almost revolutionary!) Idea attractive for all parties involved, but has not it failed? Well, the answer is not as clear-cut as it would seem when you look thoroughly at the number of completion certificates issued.

While only about five percent of students who enroll in a MOOC actually complete the course and receive a certificate of accomplishment, more than eighty percent claim that they have met their objectives. This is a curious contradiction, but only for those who fail to acknowledge the fact that MOOCs are a completely different beast than its traditional counterparts. Obviously, MOOCs can not be judged by the same standards: there is no cost to enroll and no penalty for dropping out. And, let's be honest: the certificate you earn for completing an online course is still not accounting for much in the real world.

Until these facts change, students are going to use MOOCs as a sort of intellectual buffet: they will watch a lecture or two on a subject that piqued their curiosity, albeit only in passing, or exchange their views about a certain topic on a students' discussion forum. Completing exams and learning a certificate is simply not their primary objective for enrolling in a MOOC!

So, one-third of all students who enroll in a MOOC watch at least one lecture, one-third of these students stick around for a month, one-third of those for two months, and finally, one-third of them is going to stick around long enough to actually complete the course. This “rule of thirds”, however, may be masking an important statistic that should not be overlooked: the engagement rate is still at sixty percent! Plus, of course, the absolute numbers for MOOCs are well beyond those for traditional classes. While a five percent completion rate may indeed sound as an outright failure, it still produces thousands of students who do complete the courses.

The popularity of elearning and learning management systems are on a continuous rise -across all organizations and industry verticals. A LMS is put in place to streamline learning and manage the entire training process of an organization. Implementing an enterprise-wide -learning software is a huge task – and a successful ROI (return of investment) depends on multiple factors. Here are some implementation tips to pave the way for a smooth LMS implementation and achieving positive ROI

  • Reach out to the learners, managers and stalkers through multiple channels -events, email and organization intranet.
  • Highlight the benefits that the learner can derive out of the new system – and how it affects quality of work and output.
  • Highlight long-term benefits like time and effort savings, impact on career growth and so on. The software vendor could have taken in to provide helpful insights to the utilities of the LMS and these can be communicated to the learner.
  • Start testing at the initial stages of development and involve key-users- including learners in this stage.
  • Make sure that all entities within an organization – Sales, Marketing, HR and so on, are all well represented in the testing stage.
  • Collect extensive feedback from diverse user-groups, to create a repository feeding in to the development team.
  • Top administrators or managers can train respect team heads, they can in-turn train team managers, who can then train the learners. This will make sure that the learner is trained by someone he or she interacts the most. The learner is thus more at ease and will be free to air his or her doubts and will not hesitate to ask for clarifications.
  • Multiple rounds of training may be needed, especially if the learner-group consists large of first-time users of the system. To best utilize time, the first round of training can be detailed and intensive. The subsequent rounds can provide refreshers and learning-capsules that re-enforce the training.
  • Help documents and FAQs can be made available to the learner at the training level. Once they start using the system, these documents should be easily accessible on the LMS to provide support as and when needed.
  • The support documents should be updated often, not only to include newer features or capabilities of the elearning software but also to take into consideration the learner-experience with the LMS.
  • It is also important that the learner has access to instant support – especially in the first few months post implementation. A help-desk can be put in, in collaboration with the Learning Management System vendor, where the learner can call up anytime and get instant feedback. Alternately, if 24/7 support is not feasible due to budgetary constraints, learners can also email their doubts and clarifications or send a voice-mail. Fix a turn-around time and stick to it.

LMS is a considerable investment for most organizations and minimizing the cost of ownership can be a good way of making sure that the learning initiative stays within allotted budgets – and is impactful for training as well.

It is a common knowledge that females and males of various species are biologically different. Even there are huge evidences which not only support this, but even points out on how they respond to certain medical experiments and treatments. So, why are most of the medical researchers involved with male species rather than the female ones? Even for genetic and cell experiments, male candidacy is given high priority.

Most of the new studies are pointing out this discrimination and they are even stressing the need of including females in medical research. Further, many of the medical journals are making it a mandatory rule that researchers need to indicate the sex of the animals that are used in the experiments. Also, if the researcher or the particular author of the study uses one sex in the study (Ie either male or female), then he or she must give a valid reason on why it was done. Researchers should support their decision with suitable details and examples for the given decision.

Science has proven through its extensive research that women are medically different from men. For example, take heart disease. It acts completely different for women. Statistics have shown that more women die due to cardiovascular disease when compared to men and even the symptoms would be different. The same can be said about Alzheimer's disease. Alzheimer is more common among women than men and even women handle pain quite differently and the method on how they experience pain will not be similar.

As per various researches, women constituent about half of the population, but in surgical literature, it is found out that almost 70-80% of the studies use male. It is quite shocking and experts and researchers feel that we need to do better and try to provide a basic research on both of the sexes, so that it can extremely help in improving the treatments for female and male patients.

A university in Illinois had recently conducted a research where it examined the 2500 medical studies and case studies published by researchers in medical journals. In that about 15-20% of the studies did not mention the gender of the animals on which the experiments were conducted. And among the studies which did mention the sex, it was found out that a whopping amount of 80% was males.

Women respond in a different manner to drugs when compared to men. So, it means that they would require different dosage. But as the research was done on male subjects, it clearly shows that proper dosage for women are not being tried or examined. Yet, these dosages are recommended for both women and men, regardless of the gender. Chances are there that these wrong dosages could lead to serious medical conditions for women.

Science and research have shown that a given finding or cure has to help mankind and female species are an integral part of this. Such experiences show the basic discrimination among the female sex and strict laws need to be implemented with regard to this. Already strict laws were enacted with regard to sex in the clinical trials for humans and it is only a matter of time when it gets implemented in the animal research too.

Do you need help with your economics homework? You'll be glad to know that you can find many online websites ready to help you with this task. Such sites have mainly been designed to enable students to understand the basics of markets, business and trade, government policies towards development of health, and hence the environment. These sites plan to encourage the students to be good economists while working for the private or public sector, in their careers in finance and business, health, international development, management of human resources management, marketing and research. Economics involves studying how people and society in the long run decide to make use of money and to utilize limited useful reserves and supplies for the consumption of the masses. It involves the analysis of the expenditure, and the advantage of modifying the given system of distribution of resources.

But what can you expect from these websites? This is what I would like to get:

An economics homework help website should enrich the experience of the tutors by enabling them to improve their academic qualifications. These tutors in turn would help the students in creating special programs independently. Homework would prepare the tutors to make learning sessions more interesting for the students through simple illustrations, thus encouraging the students to be more comfortable while studying, and developing an interest in the subject. The tutors should realize the strong and weak points of various students, and accordingly provide them with the needed study material.

Such websites should offer their students online materials, such as articles, books, journals, research papers and vital websites, allowing them to gather study materials that facilitate a better learning. This way, they would provide ample opportunities for the students to accomplish the given task in the subject. The tutors should offer simple explanations and many examples to illustrate the basics, and then the complexities of the subject, so that the students can understand the subject easily.

Most online websites offering economics homework help should include topics or interest, such as: Principles of economy, money and finance, macroeconomic policy, international finance, international economics, urban and transport economics, principles of macroeconomics, fundamentals of econometrics, microeconomic analysis, critical thinking, econometric principles, public economics, taxation economics, labor market economics, policy economic development, economics of labor market, industrial organization, methods of financing, fundamentals of marketing, business administration and information technology.

During the course of their studies, the sites should steer the students to pick up orientation courses like practical learning, organization theory, communication, administration and development of seminars.

Students should be helped to choose the appropriate research projects on the correct topic, as per their interest. Students should also be informed about the ways of collecting subject related literature from the Internet and library. They also need to learn how to prepare and write impressive thesis using scientific data and terms, and they need to be encouraged to publish their research papers online or in journals. Such assistance from well-informed competent tutors would enable the students to finish their projects successfully and in time.

The students need to be informed about the career options, like education, business, government, higher studies etc. Students should also learn how to prepare and face interviews, and make the most of the available opportunities, as well as gather the skills needed for being successful.

What is Online Education?

Online education is the education which we obtain from digital media such as recorded videos or live streaming through a satellite or internet. It is the kind of education in which we do not need the instructor or educator physically, but we meet them essentially. It's becoming a very effective way of studying, as a person needs not to go somewhere else to study. Everything is present on the screen. The industry of online education is growing rapidly and has become widely accepted by the masses.

Online education can be classified into two parts:

• Synchronous learning.
• Asynchronous learning.

Synchronous learning:

It occurs in a real time environment. All the participants are present at the same time of the discussion. Example of synchronous learning is skype, or discussion going on simultaniously.
Asynchronous learning:

In this kind of learning all the participants are not present at the same time. Examples of this kind of learning can be said as emails, blogs, etc. It provides a more flexible way of learning.
Benefits of Online Programs:

There are a number of benefits of online education. Online education is faster, better, cheaper and easily available than traditional classroom training.

• The largest benefit of opting for the online program is the convenience it provides. We can study as per our wish. All we have to do is access the classroom through our internet connection. It's not necessary to be present at some fixed place. We can access from anywhere across the globe.

• It's cost efficient. We need not to travel to any particular destination or location to study. We can study this from our office, home or park anywhere.

• It becomes easier for us to learn because the syllabus moves as per our wish. In online learning it's not necessary to cover a particular piece of syllabus in some fixed amount of time. When we learn as per our wish and mood, learning becomes easier.

• Different learning styles can be developed for different individuals. A learner gets the chance to learn with the pattern in which they are most comfortable.

• Learner learners as per their needs. They can skip the portion which is not of use to them.

• Simplicity is another benefit of online programs. All we need to do is to go to our respectable tutorial and click on it. And our instructor is in front of us to teach us at any hour of time ..

The work of an online instructor, or what I refer to as a Modern Educator, can be very demanding because of the nature of facilitating a learning process within a virtual environment. It is also a challenge for someone who is working as an adjunct and has other career related responsibilities. For someone who has been doing this awhile they will likely have developed working habits that assist them in meeting their requirement. Some of these practices may be effective while others need further development. Through my career as a Modern Educator I have reviewed hundreds of online classes as a peer reviewer and I have also trained hundreds of new online instructors as a faculty mentor. While most instructors can manage the basics there are many other qualities that are necessary to ensure students are fully engaged, working at their best capacity, and developing the required academic skills. There are common trends and issues I have observed that any instructor should be aware of and work to improve upon.

Online Teaching Standards

The standards that are established in an online classroom are often related to contractual requirements that understands how the class is managed. This can include deadlines for providing feedback, participation requirements, a timeline for answering questions, and other specifics related to how the course is set up and run. There has never been an instructional contract that fully itemizes every possible strategy and technique that must be utilized to ensure the class functions properly or that the instructor is performing to the best of their ability. What many online schools rely upon is the expertise of their instructors, ongoing classroom reviews, and the provision of faculty development resources. These standards ensure the class is run effectively but that is only the starting point to make sure that learning occurs.

Common Habitual Patterns

The two most common habits that can either work for or against an instructor are habits of time and productivity. Instructors can develop the same issues that students do related to time management. For example, if an instructor's feedback is due within seven days and they wait until date five to begin they could run into a time crunch. It is very easy to tell when an instructor has run out of time simply because it shows up in feedback that appears to have been hurriedly put together. Some instructors believe that students never read their feedback so the minimum effort can be enough. However, if that is accurate then the only way to change that perception about feedback is to begin making it meaningfulful. Another common habit is what I refer to as sameness, and that simply refers to using the same teaching style repeatedly without ever adding in any variety. This often applies to how instructor interactions with students during class discussions. If thought is not put into the responses then the discussions are not as engaging as they should be – and that means not asking thought-provoking questions and sharing insight or additional resources.

Observations as a Peer Reviewer

As a peer reviewer it is easy to look at a class and quickly ascertain the level of effectiveness simply because of the number of classes I have observed. When instructors become habitually late with their feedback or missing other requirements, and their productivity in the classroom is minimal, over time their overall performance will typically decline. Within a virtual environment, where a strong online presence is needed, students pick up on the level (or lack of them) of their instructors involvement. It comes as no surprise that many students will also begin to disengage from the class if their instructor is not actively involved, or their performance may also decline over time. Another issue that comes up on occasion is simply the tone that is used by the instructor in their written communication. Everything that an instructor writes, in everything they post, has a perceived tone and that means all communication must be carefully thought out. If a student has challenged the instructor the best strategy is not to respond right away but to type out a response in another document and then edit it in a rational rather than emotional manner. Another area of online teaching that I have observed and would recommend as a reminder to all instructors is to be responsive to students. When a student asks a question that is a time to make a true connection with them by assisting them with a genuine concern for their academic well-being. It is too easy to send out quick answers and then discouraging students from ever contacting you again. Student relationships in an online classroom are even more important because of the lack of a physical presence, along with verbal and non-verbal cues.

Strategies for Self-Development

# 1. Decide that You Want to Create an Engaging Environment

At present the number of opportunities for online educators is less than the pool of people who want to teach online classes. That means you must establish yourself as a distinguished educator rather than someone who just meets the minimum requirements – if you want to continue to receive classes or new opportunities. But more importantly, if you are determined to create an environment that is conducive to learning then you need to make time available through your week to ensure that you are actively involved in your class and responsive to your students.

# 2. Make a Commitment to Ongoing Professional Development

Often instructors who are losing effectiveness with their approach to teaching online classes is related to a lack of professional development. This does not mean you have to seek out another degree, unless that is part of your career plan. What you can do is to establish areas of professional interest and then conduct research. Most instructors have access to online library databases so it is very easy to find current research that will inform your teaching practice. In addition, there are a number of professional journals you can read and associations you can join that are related to the field of education and online learning. Another method of gaining resources and connecting with other educators is to utilize social media, such as Twitter as you can gain connections to a global academic community.

# 3. Use the Feedback You Have Been Provided

Just as you tell your students to read their feedback and ask questions, so should any online instructor – utilize feedback from peer reviews or other classroom audits. If those reviews only come annually then look at the resources provided and determine what standards are in place so that you can conduct your own self-analysis. An annual review of your work as an educator can provide you with a wealth of information if you are open to receiving constructive criticism. I understand that this type of feedback is never perfect and can be subjective; however, take from it what you can to improve how you teach online classes and it will be of benefit to you and your students.

Establish Teaching Goals

The question that any online instructor or Modern Educator should ask themselves is whether they want to be average in their performance or exceptional. This means you either meet or exceed the standards that are in place, along with your own personal standards of excellence. It is also important to consider if you are functioning in the classroom for yourself and with a focus on what you are doing, or you are concerned about the well-being of your students and what you can do to ensure their educational needs are met. An instructor can either be present in the class or they can be interactively involved. They can be reactive to conditions or proactively working to ensure that students are engaged in the process of academic development and knowledge acquisition. Every instructor has room to grow no matter how long they have been teaching online classes. Your success, and the success of your students, depends upon your willingness to learn, grow, and adapt your facilitation skills.

There are a number of industries that use AutoCAD software daily. Architectural firms, electrical engineers, structural engineers, product designers and more readily on this software to help them create a model from the early design stages through to the final product.

This is not the easiest software to master, so most people who use it every day take advantage of the courses in AutoCAD to help them get the most of their software and their experience. These courses are by leading training centers specializing in this software offering everything from beginner basics to advanced and 3D drawing and more.

This software is an essential part of many working businesses. It helps with a fast design process, when you can not leave things too long before a competitor gets wind of the idea and develops it before you.

AutoCAD enables teams to create working models on their computer right down to the materials used, weight and more, helping the company create the product in a fast and effective way.

This helps improve productivity and ensures teams are able to work on a project quickly and effectively without delays. Being able to visualize their ideas can improve productivity dramatically, helping companies do results in a shorter period.

As you can imagine, an architect who commissioned to build a large building in the center of a city can use this software and visualize everything right down to how the light builds off the building in the sunlight.

Without the software, the architect would have to draw up plans on paper, then try to see where problems could occur, such as weight issues. Tweaks would be needed to get through the building process to accommodate any inaccuracies, where with AutoCAD the chances of errors cut down considerably.

This software helps teams work together without having in the same office or even the same country. Different teams working on different parts of the structure or project are able to communicate, make changes and see work progressing from where they are.

Everyone who has attended courses in AutoCAD can use the software to work seamlessly together, the teamwork can also have a positive impact on productivity, helping the project be completed in a shorter period.

Another advantage is that courses in AutoCAD that's accredited are widely accepted by company owners.

Companies that rely on this software daily, will only consider applications for available positions that have the necessary certificates to prove they can use the software to help the company move forward.

This is a great chance for anyone who has completed one of these courses to use what they have learned to their benefit and find the job of their dreams.

Course in AutoCAD by different training companies around the world. They help the work find find suitable positions where they can use the tools they have learned. T

his can improve productivity and improve communications between departments wherever they are in use by an architectural firm, structural engineering company or electrical engineering company.

It can also help these companies work together to give their customers with the results they are looking for when building new structures from homes to bridges and buildings to tunnels and more.

The last advantage to courses in AutoCAD is that it enables the team to visualize their building or product. The software can help them take weight, size and light into consideration, just to mention a few.

Visualization is such an important element to the design process, eliminating the risk for error and ensuring that as the project gets developed, it falls together seamlessly without promises.

Whether you're looking for a career in architecture, electrical engineering, structural engineering and so much more, you will find that completed CAD design courses is an absolute must.

AutoCAD is in use by a wide number of industries, helping with the design process through to the finished product using 2D and 3D drawings.

There are so many options available in terms of the software available to the CAD design courses on offer.

Before you look around, it's imperative that you find a reputable training center that can give you all the information you need, along with the accredited certification that's recognized by your employer or potential employer.

One of the most popular and important CAD design courses anyone can take is the beginners or essentials training. This will teach you the basics on how to use the program from basic use to drawing and erasing, saving, layers, measuring snaps, formatting and so much more.

If you have never used AutoCAD before then this training is a definite must to make sure you get the most out of the program and use it to its full potential.

Once you've completed the basic CAD design courses, you may want to consider doing an advanced course. These usually give you the knowledge on working tables, inserting blocks, saving to the cloud, creating sheet sets and plotters, how to make the most of the toolbars, menus and so much more.

Depending on what level you will use the software daily in your working day, will decide the best training you need to get the most out of the program and use it to help you get your work done in a fast and effective way.

In addition to these basic CAD design courses, there are a host of other training options available to help you use your software to the fullest.

The 3D drawing and modeling options are a great choice, which provides you with an introduction to 3D drawing and the basic tools you need to complete projects including navigation, working models, command changes, creating shells, animations, light sources and so much more.

As you can imagine all three of the training options mentioned are essential, especially if you're looking to work for an architect or as an architect.

The ability to create a 3D drawing of a new building, visualize it as the sunlight moves through the day and be able to decide the materials needed, load load and more can make your job easier and cut the room for error.

When you choose to complete CAD design courses it's imperative that you choose the best training school that specializes in this software.

You will find a wide number of training centers that will offer this type of training, but they are general computer training centers, rather choose someone who has years of knowledge and experience with this software and will be able to give you all the tools you need to use the software to its full potential.

The next thing is that you should be aware of when looking at the different CAD design courses is whether you have to take time out of your day and attend the center for classes or whether you can enjoy convenience of distance learning, receiving the same certified certification once the course get completed.

Remember if you choose distance learning you will need to motivate and dedicated to learning, because this is one of the hardest things to carry out when trying to complete a course in your own time.

An Online Student’s Guide to Developing Substantive Posts and Papers

As an online student is very kindly that you care about the grade you have earned as it is an indicator of your progress in the class. You may have a general idea of what is required to earn the best grade possible but not always understand what it will take to improve your performance both in class discussions and with your written assignments. A common phrase that is used in online schools is substantive – and yet this concept may not be clear as to what it means. Students are also told that they need to demonstrate critical thinking and that may also seem to be vague, unless there is an explanation and format or example provided for you to use. I have been an educator and worked with students about these very issues. While grading standards may vary among instructors and schools, there is a general standard that all college students should attend for all of their work in the classroom.

Begin with the Assigned Reading

Whether you are preparing to answer a discussion question or write a paper, you should always start by familiarizing yourself with the required topic or subjects. Every learning activity is meant for you to consider the subject from a particular perspective or point of view. Even if you know something about the topic you can consider the assigned reading to be a refresher, which every student can benefit from. Too often students start to write a response based upon what they know or believe, rather than create something that has been well-researched. As you review the assigned reading be sure that you are taking notes. There are several different note-taking methods and the most popular methods are Cornell and mind-mapping. The purpose of documenting notes as you read is to acknowledge any information you use in any of your writings, which will help you to avoid plagiarism. The purpose of reading is to develop or strengthen your knowledge base. It is not meant for you to fill in your paper or create a discussion question response. And while new students usually stop here there are still more steps to take.

Develop Your Initial Analysis

Now that you are familiar with the subject it is time to begin to develop your analysis. You can consider this step to be an initial rough draft. Take a look at the required instructions and then begin to write what you know and what you have learned from the assigned readings. This is your initial analysis. To demonstrate critical thinking you want to do more than just recall what you have read. Instead, you want to analyze and synthesize the information, and also think of new ideas, alternative solutions, and perspectives. This is how you show that you are developing something original rather than just using information you have acquainted. Tip number one: academic papers and discussion posts are not research reports where you simply gather information from sources and report what you have read. Both require an original analysis that has been well documented.

Learn to Conduct Research

The next step is very important because now you are going to take your original analysis, which is probably opinion-based, and substantiate your ideas with research. The best place to begin is with any online library databases you may have access to. This is your best opportunity to obtain sources that are reliable, academic, and scholarly in nature. Often what you will find in a scholarly journal article is an overview of a research study that was conducted. If you find something like this read through the entire article to determine what the research questions were and the purpose of the study that was conducted. You will find an abstract at the beginning of the article that provides an overview so you will know if this relates to what you are writing about. Be sure to read the concluding sections so you understand how this applies to the subject you are writing about. You also do not want to choose sources that are over five years old unless you check with your instructor first.

What most students utilize is an Internet search to find information. If you can not find information in the online library databases then it is definitely understandable that you will search elsewhere. Before you use any source that you have found online make sure that the information is current, relevant, and reliable. This requires that you take time to explore the website and find out information about the author or authors. If you have any doubts about the reliability of the source you are using than the best approach to take us to not source or talk to your instructor. Tip number two: an online source that lists anonymous for the author is generally not acceptable because it can not be verified. Wikipedia and About.com are a type of resource that most schools do not want students to utilize. As another general rule, older sources should have been used only for historical background information.

Completing the Process

Now that you are armed with your original analysis and research that supports the development of your thoughts and ideas, it is time to begin to put it all together. As you were reading through the research you found you should also have been taking notes in a manner similar to what was described for reviewing the assigned classroom readings. You can insert information and citations into your analysis, and you also want to analyze that information so that you demonstrate you are working with the information. What that means is you should never use a direct quote because all that does is fill in your paper or response, which minimizes your ability to demonstrate critical thinking.

Learn to paraphrase information so you show that you are not using that information. The way that I teach students to paraphrase information from their sources is to think about sitting in a classroom and then enacting what they have learned from the sources they have read. By the time that you have added information from your sources and weaved into your analysis you will have your initial rough draft. Take time to edit it, read it aloud, and then complete any final edits before you submit it. The best recommendation that I can make is to use a Word document for everything you write so that you can take time to refine it, as well as utilize spelling and grammar checkers. Tip number three: as a general rule there should be no more than one in-text citation per paragraph unless you are presenting historical background information and need the support of your sources.

Becoming Practiced

Does every discussion question response require this level of depth? The answer is obviously no; however, as a college student it is expected that you will have well-developed posts so if you develop a habit of using the steps provided above you will find it is of benefit for all of your work. You can also hold yourself accountable for the work you complete by creating a standard that everything you do will be done with your very best effort. Be sure that you read all of the feedback provided by your instructors because they have an interest in your ongoing development. In addition, always ask questions anytime you need further guidance or clarification. The purpose of this process is to show that you can think for yourself and you do not need to rely upon sources to complete your discussion question response or written papers. It also helps you move from writing an opinion piece into something more substantial. As you develop a pattern of working in this manner it will become a productive habit – and the output will be an improved learning experience and most likely an above average cumulative grade.

With advancement in technology, changes have been brought in almost all fields. Education sector has also been revolutionized through online learning. With rising enrollments in online education each year, many professors who initially stick to traditional university settings are now lending their experienced services in online set up too. They have realized the potential and benefits of online learning and the pace immense pace with which it is progressing.

While interviewing a professor of a renovated university in UK, insight was gained on UK learning environment and the trends that are changing in UK learning. He highlighted some of the key benefits of teaching in an online setup.

1. Unlike traditional teaching, an online teacher does not have to dedicate a significant number of hours of his day. The course material is accessible to the students 24/7 and most of the study is self paced. The online teacher has to interact and teach his students online for a fixed couple of hours which he can do from anywhere he wants.

2. In online study, the professor can conduct classes from anywhere and across multiple time zones. This saves his travel time and a lot of students scattered around different areas can be taught easily.

3. Classroom administration is more accurate and convenient in online study. Proper documentation and timely submission of assignments, chat sessions and newsgroup documentation is stored in servers which provides authentic records of class participation of each student.

4. Online institutes offer continuing education with training sessions all round the year. This gives instructors and coaches chance to bring improvement in areas that they lack, for example, giving input, issue based learning, taking care of troublesome students, and critical thinking. These sessions are regularly held on the web, and the instructors can attend it anytime when it suits them and polish their teaching expertise.

5. In order to keep record of faculty progress, online faculty meetings are held in which entity meeting is retained and saved in newsgroups that could be used later to analyze the status and progress of faculty.

6- The online study environment gives a chance to create groups amongst instructors and discuss their problems and share their success points with their peers through online faculty lounges. Online Faculty Lounges exist for instructors from everywhere through the globe to usually talk, ask guidance, permit venting and give guidance on themes extending from managing plagiarism, computer or workstation issues and troublesome student issues.

7. For some online institutions, the coursework for each class has been institutionalized and posted on a course site. Suggested assignments and evaluating criteria are pre developed. The lectures or material to be discussed in the class are also pre designed. This makes the job of the teacher easier to a great deal. This enables them to concentrate on bringing practical experience to the class and not stress over lesson plans and perusing assignments.

These are just a few of the benefits and key aspect of teaching in an online learning setup. Online teaching has a lot of scope.
